CBS7 FIRST ALERT DAY for Tuesday due to severe thunderstorms

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) – Update 9:30 p.m.: CBS7 is issuing a FIRST ALERT DAY on Tuesday for strong to severe storms continuing into the evening hours.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible in the late afternoon hours across parts of the Permian Basin and into the lower Trans-Pecos region. Large hail appears to be the greatest threat, but strong, damaging winds…some flooding and even an isolated tornado are possible.
