Buffalo, 18, shot

Detectives said the man was struck multiple times by gunfire while outside. The victim was taken by ambulance to ECMC Hospital where he underwent surgery and is in stable condition, police said.

Officers from the Northeast District and Ferry-Fillmore responded to the call around 10 p.m.
