Charlie Colin, 58, founding member of Train, was found dead after a horrific accident in Brussels

Charlie ColinFounding member of the popular pop-rock band Train has died in a bizarre accident at the age of 58.

Multiple media outlets have reported that the bassist slipped and fell in the shower while house-sitting for a friend in Brussels, Belgium.

While details about the timing of the tragic fall and subsequent death are still scarce, Colin’s mother claimed to TMZ that he wasn’t found until his friends returned home from a trip a few days later; His sister also confirmed his death to Variety.

Colin is originally from Newport Beach, California. His mother told TMZ that he moved to Brussels to give a master class in music at a conservatory. He is also reportedly in the process of finishing music for a film.
