After Bravo boss Andy Cohen was acquitted by the network on charges including promoting drug use, lawyers for former reality star Leah McSweeney are questioning the legitimacy of the investigation and say they were never contacted by investigators.

They further claim that Bravo is using Cohen’s release as a convenient party promotion, timed to coincide with its advance presentations to advertisers when networks are promoting their hottest titles.

Bravo said this week: “The external investigation into Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney’s recent allegations against Andy Cohen is now complete and the allegations have been found to be without merit.”

McSweeney’s lawyers don’t believe it.

“How do you conduct an investigation without speaking to anyone? “As far as we know, no one has ever contacted our office,” her attorney, Gary Adelman, said in a statement. “We believe no one will believe this is a real investigation.”

“This is the perfect time,” the lawyer said. “One line so they can repeat it to all advertisers in advance.”

He added: “We look forward to reviewing all interviews, evidence and final reports from the investigation conducted by NBCU as we receive them in the discovery phase of the lawsuit.”

Sober former Bravo star McSweeney filed suit in February, claiming Cohen “rewarded (‘Real Housewives’) stars who used cocaine with cheaper treatment and processing.”

She also claimed that Cohen created a “work culture that thrives on drug and alcohol abuse, which results in employees with disabilities being overlooked and attempting to remain drug-free.”

Cohen strongly denied the claims and his lawyers demanded an apology.

Lawyers for former “Housewives” co-star Brandi Glanville also sent a letter to NBCUniversal, Shed Media and Shed’s parent company Warner Bros. Discovery in March alleging that Cohen sent her a sexually inappropriate video.

Cohen, who is gay, apologized and said it was a joke.

Cohen called McSweeney’s claims “hurtful,” adding, “I know what the truth is and I know how I behaved, and I walk by that proudly every day.”
