Houston Texans WR Tank Dell looks phenomenal during offseason workout

The Houston Texans are looking to establish themselves as one of the NFL’s top teams after winning the AFC South and winning a playoff game just one season ago. After a surprisingly successful 2023 season, the Texans have recharged their batteries — adding talent on both sides of the ball, elevating their backfield and expanding their ceiling.

While the Texans brought in playmakers from other franchises, they already had a few budding stars from 2023 who will look to make an impact again, including receiver Tank Dell. Dell, a former third-round pick, will be entering his second year in the NFL and looking to improve on his rookie season where he caught 47 passes for 709 yards and seven touchdowns.

Dell’s 2023 stats are pretty solid and that was just for the 11 games he played while suffering from a season-ending fibula fracture, so imagine what the results will be when he’s fully healthy. Dell also had another setback this offseason as he was involved in a shooting in Florida, but he has since recovered from the incident and is back in the game.

With a mixed rookie campaign, Dell will be looking to establish himself as one of the most electrifying players at his position. Teams have now entered the period where players work out on their own before arriving at training camp and it appears Dell is well on his way to becoming an elite player in 2024 as he looks phenomenal in his latest workout video.

Dell is eager to get back on the field, but he may struggle to find certain targets and plays as the Texans have a plethora of mouths to feed on offense with the additions of Stefon Diggs and Joe Mixon. Regardless, we’ve seen what Dell is capable of and now we’ll see if he can replicate that skill in 2024 when teams won’t be as focused on him – opening up the possibility for Dell to become one of the best wide receivers in the game.
