Still hot, some areas will see rain today – Action News Jax

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Action News Jax’s First Alert Weather Team is forecasting another hot and humid day with highs in the low 95 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

The perceived temperatures are expected to be between 100 and 105 degrees Celsius.

A few showers and thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon, moving from west to east. First Alert meteorologist Garrett Bedenbaugh says there will be some very heavy rain.

Maximum temperatures tomorrow will remain between 35 and 35 degrees, with isolated showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

The weekend will be hot and humid with highs of 35 to 35 degrees. There will be some showers and thunderstorms on Saturday afternoon, and it will be even warmer on Sunday afternoon.

There are currently no risk areas in the tropics.
