Mechanicsburg man charged with road rage

CAMP HILL, Pennsylvania – A Mechanicsburg man has been charged for his alleged involvement in a road rage incident.

In the video provided by the witness, a pickup truck could be seen attempting to force a cyclist off the road. The incident reportedly began on East Winding Hill Road near Orchard Boulevard and continued to the intersection of Gettysburg Pike and Cumberland Parkway.

During the incident, the driver of the pickup truck is said to have hit the cyclist.

Upper Allen Police were able to determine that 57-year-old Donald Alleman of Mechanicsburg was the driver of the truck. On Friday, June 28, Alleman turned himself in to police.

He is charged with attempted aggravated assault with a vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, harassment, reckless driving and numerous traffic violations.
