Man arrested after domestic violence incident in Bleecker | Leaderherald

The report alleges that 74-year-old Stanley J. Gustowt retrieved the victim’s rifle from a closet during a verbal argument with the victim over property.

“When we confronted the victim, a physical altercation ensued, resulting in a shot being fired from the rifle, causing the victim to sustain an injury to his hand,” a press release said.

When authorities arrived, Gustowt did not cooperate and was arrested almost immediately. He was arraigned on Saturday at 7 p.m. and then released.
