Investigation underway in Killingly into premature death

KILLINGLY, Conn. (WTNH) – Connecticut State Police are investigating an untimely death after a body was found in Killingly Saturday afternoon.

Squad D arrived at Knox Avenue at approximately 2:11 p.m. on reports of a deceased person whose identity is currently unknown.

Medical personnel also arrived at the scene and confirmed the person’s death. The body was taken to the chief medical examiner’s office to determine the cause of death.
