Port St. Lucie police search for missing, endangered woman

INVESTIGATORS SAY 51-YEAR-OLD BRIAN WATER AND 48-YEAR-OLD ERICA WISHARD WENT INTO THE WATER YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AND WERE QUICKLY WASHED AWAY. THERE IS A RED ALERT RIGHT NOW FOR HIGH SURF AND STRONG CURRENTS IN MARTIN COUNTY. FIRE DEPARTMENT SAYS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF A SECOND FLAG BEING RAISED THAT COULD CLOSED THE WATER TO THE PUBLIC. PORT SAINT LUCIE POLICE HAVE IDENTIFIED THE MAN WHO BARRED HIMSELF IN A U-HAUL VAN OUTSIDE THE PORT SAINT LUCIE SHOPPING CENTER BEFORE TAKING HIS LIFE. THEY SAY CHRISTOPHER PRINGLE WAS LAST SEEN ON SURVEILLANCE VIDEO IN A PUBLIX IN BOCA RATON DURING THE SEARCH FOR HIM. HIS CELL PHONE PING AS TRADITIONAL. Port St. Lucie police search for missing, endangered woman

Port St. Lucie police announced Friday evening that they are searching for a missing woman. Theodora Sandlin-Williams, 57, was last seen Friday afternoon in the hundred block of SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard, police said. Williams has cognitive issues and is unable to speak. According to police, Williams was captured on surveillance video walking toward SE Floresta Drive and possibly getting into a white sedan. A police spokesperson said they are treating this case very seriously because the missing person was having issues and is believed to have gotten into a white vehicle. Police said tracking dogs and drone pilots are being used in the search. Police are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911 or provide anonymous information to Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 800-273-8477. Port St. Lucie police announced Friday evening that they are searching for a missing woman.

Police said 57-year-old Theodora Sandlin-Williams was last seen Friday afternoon in the 100 block of SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard.

Williams has cognitive issues and cannot speak. According to police, Williams was caught on surveillance video walking toward SE Floresta Drive and possibly getting into a white sedan.

A police spokesman said the case was being treated very seriously as the missing person was experiencing problems and was believed to have entered a white vehicle.

Police said they would use sniffer dogs and drone pilots in the search.

Police are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911 or leave anonymous information with Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 800-273-8477.
