Colorado Springs police ask public for help in finding missing senior with dementia | Local news

Colorado Springs Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing elderly person with dementia and diabetes.

According to a police post on X, police are looking for 75-year-old Diana Currington. Currington suffers from dementia and diabetes and must take regular medication, officials said.

According to CSPD, she left her home in the 2800 block of Blake Dr. near Hancock Expo and Chelton Rd around 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

Currington was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, baggy, rolled-up blue jeans and white slippers. CSDP said she has gray, braided hair that was last seen in a bun.

Anyone with information about her or her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
