19-year-old killed in domestic incident in southwest Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A 19-year-old man died Sunday morning following a domestic incident in southwest Columbus.

Columbus Police said a text message about a domestic incident was received at 7:30 a.m. near the 4600 block of Parkwick Drive. The victim, Brooke Devinney, was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead as a result of the incident, according to CPD.

Police said when officers arrived, a male suspect was seen leaving the home where the incident occurred and was pursued on foot. The suspect is not currently in custody.
