Incident at Carson Beach in south Boston triggers major police operation

BOSTON – An incident at Carson Beach in south Boston on Friday evening triggered a large police response.

Around 9 p.m., Boston and State Police officers were seen searching the area around the popular Southie Beach with dogs.

During the investigation, Day Boulevard was partially closed.

At least one ambulance also arrived at the scene of the accident.
