Authorities said Ukrainian drones attacked Russia’s only oil refinery on the Black Sea coast on Friday morning.

The attack on the Rosneft-owned oil refinery in the southern Russian city of Tuapse was reported by local authorities, who said a fire had broken out on the site of the facility and emergency services were working to put out the blaze.

“According to preliminary information, there are no casualties,” the operational headquarters of Russia’s Krasnodar region said on Telegram, calling the incident an attempted “terrorist attack.”

A Russian Black Sea naval port in Novorossiysk and Sevastopol in Crimea were also targeted in the massive airstrike, which the Russian Defense Ministry said involved at least 100 drones.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
