Authorities have released the name of the suspect wanted for allegedly shooting and killing a Houston attorney at a McDonald’s.

Anthony Martin Landry, 57, is charged with murder after Houston police say he fatally shot Jeffrey Limmer, 46, on May 4.

Police are still searching for Landry after they say he shot Limmer before fleeing the scene in a blue van.

KTRK reported, citing police, that Limmer was trying to calm Landry, who was angry with McDonald’s employees, before an altercation began. Police said Limmer pushed Landry to the ground outside the restaurant before Landry pulled a gun out of his car and shot the lawyer, the outlet reported.

“He loved his family and friends fiercely,” Limmer’s sister, Jennifer Thomas, told KTRK. “Always laugh, make jokes and love life.”

Thomas also told the outlet that his family was proud that his brother stood up for McDonald’s workers and acted like a “good Samaritan.”
