Brielle Biermann sued for alleged car accident

Former “Don’t Be Tardy” students Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are going through one of the messiest divorces in Real Housewives history. The couple met when Kim was still filming Real Housewives of Atlanta. They married and have four children together. Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters, Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann.

Eventually, that happy chaos turned into bitter chaos. Kim and Kroy filed for divorce, but called it off to reconcile. In the end, Kroy filed for divorce again. But now Brielle is experiencing something all too familiar to her parents – a legal battle.

Brielle Biermann is being sued for her alleged involvement in a car accident

Brielle is dealing with some financial difficulties of her own. Her Range Rover was repossessed in March. Before that, however, in February 2024, Brielle announced that she is engaged to Billy Seidl. Billy is a minor league baseball pitcher. Hopefully, this marriage will be much better than her parents’ shame victim.

Now Brielle faces a new legal battle. In Touch reported that Brielle was sued by Phillip Gibson. According to court documents, Phillip claimed that Brielle’s car cut off the roadway in front of him on July 5 so she could turn. “In order to avoid a collision with the defendant’s vehicle, I was forced to drive onto the median of the roundabout, which resulted in significant damage to my left rear wheel and tire,” the court documents state. He is seeking $750 in damages.

Sources close to Brielle say she was not involved in this car accident. In fact, the insiders claim that Brielle has not set foot on ground in Georgia since July 3, two days before the alleged accident.

Meanwhile, Kroy and Kim can finally look forward to a divorce date. A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has scheduled the trial for November 5 and 6, 2024. The former couple has been told by the judge to try to resolve their mountain of issues through mediation before the trial date. I think we’re all exhausted by this spectacle.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and “Don’t Be Tardy” stream on Peacock.
