KCA’s Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Initiative | Cricket News

The Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) has partnered with Team Dil Se to raise awareness about child sexual abuse.

“We are proud to announce our partnership with Team Dil Se to raise awareness about child sexual abuse. Together, we aim to educate, support and protect children through our collective efforts and initiatives. Let us work together to ensure a safer future for our young athletes,” KCA wrote on its official Facebook page.

This step comes at a time when former KCA coach Manu was arrested for sexually abusing underage trainees.

Manu admitted to sexually abusing a minor trainee at a guest house in Tenkasi six years ago, police said. Six cases of sexual abuse have been registered against Manu, which allegedly took place during 2017-18. He has not yet confessed to the other charges.
