Shoplifting investigation leads to multiple charges against Frankford man

FELTON, Delaware – A Frankford man was arrested for a reported shoplifting in Felton late last week.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. Friday, Felton police responded to Royal Farms in the 11000 block of South DuPont Highway on a report that a man had stolen supplies from the store without paying. Video surveillance was obtained showing the suspect. It was also learned that prior to the shoplifting, the suspect had allegedly stolen a vehicle in Dover, which he used to flee southbound on Route 13.

The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Thomas Pusey. Pusey was arrested at a home in Frankford and was held at SCI on numerous charges by the Delaware State Police after Felton Police charged him with shoplifting and placed a restraining order against him from contacting the store.
