Multi-vehicle accident at exit 4 in West Van; delays expected

A multi-vehicle crash is affecting traffic on Highway 1 in West Vancouver. According to DriveBC, the westbound highway is currently closed between Exit 4: Headland Drive and Westport Road in West Vancouver due to a multi-vehicle crash.

A diversion has been put in place and travellers should expect delays as authorities conduct an ongoing assessment. Social media reported there were six to seven ambulances on the scene and additional emergency personnel rushed to the scene.
