Police responded to a collision between a vehicle and a bicycle and injuries were reported

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Wilmington Police responded to a collision between a vehicle and a bicycle at Independence Boulevard and Wrightsville Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

According to WPD, injuries have been reported but do not appear to be life-threatening.

The accident occurred at 1:43 p.m

The scene of the accident had been cleared when a WECT team arrived around 3 p.m
