The Gaza Strip’s Civil Defense Force said its forces had recovered the bodies of two people killed in an Israeli bombing raid on the Tal as-Sultan neighborhood, the Wafa news agency reported.

Israeli warplanes also bombed the area near the Emirati field hospital in central Gaza, Wafa added.

We previously reported that ambulances were targeted as they tried to respond to an Israeli attack that killed two people in Tal as-Sultan, western Rafah, where hundreds of displaced families are still seeking refuge.

The neighborhood was hit particularly hard by Israel’s recent wave of attacks, which destroyed many homes and public facilities.
