Florida activates missing person alert for 12-year-old girl in Orlando

MIAMI – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement asked the public for help Sunday after a 12-year-old girl went missing in Orlando.

Makya Cole is 4’3″ tall and weighs about 100 pounds. She was last seen on Colyer Street on Saturday wearing a black hood, blue jeans, a black shirt and black and white shoes.

According to FDLE, she may have blue hair tips.

Investigators asked anyone with information on Makya’s whereabouts to call Orlando police at 321-235-5300 or the FDLE Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse at 1-888-356-4774.
