Seven people arrested after drugs found in Campbell County home, sheriff’s office says

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – Sheriff Barton of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office said seven people were arrested after drugs were found in a Jacksboro home Thursday.

Barton said members of the CCSO executed a drug search warrant at a home on Smith Oaks Lane in Jacksboro on Thursday and found evidence that led to the arrest of the following suspects:

  • 48-year-old Mark Daugherty – charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft over $2,500.
  • 31-year-old Brendon Klingensmith – charged with probation violation.
  • Kristina Lovett, 50, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft over $2,500.
  • 40-year-old David Nelson – Charged with Arrest Warrant.
  • 48-year-old Brian Overton – charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft over $2,500.
  • 46-year-old Corey Overton – charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft over $2,500.
  • 28-year-old Anthony Sammons – charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft over $2,500.

According to Barton, they were all taken to the Campbell County Jail.
