Randolph Police Host First Annual Pig Dinner in the Park

(Randolph) The Randolph Police Department is hosting its first annual Pigs in the Park hog roast next weekend at Randolph Park. Both the hog roast and a cornhole tournament will begin around 1 p.m. There will also be basket raffles followed by a silent auction and food and beverages.

Proceeds will benefit the Randolph Police Department and the park’s renovations. Officer Derek Jesko says there has already been strong support for the event.

“The community is coming together to support this (event) and bring everyone together,” Jesko said. “It’s overwhelming how many donations we’re receiving.”

There will be live music for spectators to enjoy throughout the afternoon. Casey Carney will play from 1-4 p.m., while Legitimate Salvage will be on stage from 5-8 p.m. The Pigs in the Park Pig Roast will be held on June 22. For more information, call 920-326-4620.
