Cecilia Gonzalez injured in accident involving three vehicles and 18-ton truck on US 81

NEWARK, Texas, June 7, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Grossman Law Offices, headquartered in Dallas, Texasreports about a truck accident on 26 April 2024approximately against 17:30 along US Highway 81 in Wise County, Texas. Cecilia Gonzalez sustained injuries in the incident.

Details of the truck accident in Wise County:

The accident occurred south of Pepper Lane on US Highway 81. According to authorities, the 20-year-old Cecilia Gonzalez was driving a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck in the left of the two southbound lanes of US 81. In the right lane was a semi-trailer with a trailer. The semi-trailer allegedly moved into the left lane at an obviously unsafe time, forcing the pickup truck to swerve to the left to avoid a collision. This maneuver caused the pickup truck to lose control, roll over, and cross the grassy median into the northbound lanes, where it collided with an oncoming Chevrolet Express van before coming to a stop.

Gonzalez reportedly suffered serious injuries and was transported by EMS to a local medical facility for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
