Diddy is being sued for allegedly drugging and sexually harassing a model

Diddy is facing another lawsuit – this time over alleged drug addiction and sexual assault of a young model during Men’s Fashion Week more than two decades ago.

The suit, first picked up by TMZcomes from a woman named Crystal McKinney who claims that she met Diddy at a fashion event in 2003 and then returned to his studio.

There, she took a hit from a joint that Diddy and her friends shared, which she thought was “very powerful” since it was reportedly laced. Then, she claims, Diddy forced her to perform oral sex.

Afterwards, she continues, she passed out and woke up in a taxi.

“She says she realized she had been sexually abused,” she said TMZ piece reads. “The lawsuit does not say whether she alleges the assault involved forced oral sex or some other sexual act while she was unconscious.”

After the alleged assault, McKinney said she was “banned” from modeling.

McKinney claims that after news of the spate of similar lawsuits against Diddy, she “knew she had a moral obligation to speak out.”

HipHopDX has reached out to Diddy’s reps for comment but has not received a response at the time of writing.

This isn’t the only alleged 2003 assault Diddy is currently facing in court. Late last year, another woman sued him over another alleged assault from the same time period.

In that lawsuit, originally filed in late 2023, the woman alleges that Diddy, then-Bad Boy President Harve Pierre and a third man raped her after she was plied with drugs and alcohol. According to her, the alleged incident occurred in 2003 when she was still in high school.

The embattled bad boy mogul denies the allegations.

He addressed the matter in a recently filed statement of claim, which read in part: “Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny the plaintiff’s decades-long allegations against them, which have already caused incalculable damage to the reputation and business of the Combs defendants even before evidence has been presented.

“Plaintiff cannot claim what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, but claims to miraculously recall the most prurient details with accuracy… This case should now be dismissed without prejudice to protect the Combs Defendants from further reputational harm and from further party and judicial resources being wasted.”
