Phoenix man and woman found dead in garage

PHOENIX – A local man and woman were found dead in a garage at a north Phoenix home Monday morning, authorities said.

Around 10 a.m. Monday, police responded to a call at a home near 16th Street and Union Hills Drive after a report that someone had found two bodies.

When officers arrived at the scene, they spoke with firefighters, who found the dead man and woman in a garage.

Authorities later called detectives to investigate the cause of death.

The victims were not identified.

The investigation is ongoing and no further details have been released.
