DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) – Kings Point Delray Beach senior living community is on track to set another arrest record this year. The arrest of resident Marcello Mastroianni over the weekend brings the number of arrests to ten in 2024 and now to 30 arrests since the start of 2023.

Mastroianni, 53, is younger than most of the people who live in the senior living community. It’s unclear why or how he calls Kings Point home. But that wasn’t the reason he went to prison. It was his alleged violation of a conditional discharge from another crime. Public records in Palm Beach County indicate that Mr. Mastoianni had an outstanding arrest warrant for a drug crime dating back to 2016.

Mastroianni, who lists Normandie E as his home address, was arrested Sunday evening and taken to jail at 6:46 p.m. He remains locked up Monday morning. Bond had not been set as of 7 a.m. Monday.

Marcello Mastroianni joins a community of suspected criminals from Kings Point who have all spent time behind bars in the Palm Beach County Jail. Crimes allegedly committed include drug trafficking, drunk driving, sexual offenses, assault, dog shooting, a woman resisting arrest, and more. Read our coverage of Kings Point Delray Beach.
