A man was killed in a shooting in New Iberia Sunday evening

NEW IBERIA, La. (KLFY) – A man was killed in a shooting in New Iberia Sunday evening, according to the New Iberia Police Department.

The incident occurred on Jordan Street and officers responded to the shooting around 5:30 p.m. Authorities said one man died as a result of the shooting.
