Man dead after riots on Indy’s southwest side

INDIANAPOLIS – A man is dead after an altercation on Indy’s southwest side.

Police said they responded to a report of a disturbance in the 7100 block of Vega Way in Stone Ridge Flats and Townhomes around 1 p.m. Friday.

When officers arrived, they found a man unresponsive.

Paramedics arrived and pronounced the man dead.
