Lancaster County man arrested for three counts of trespassing

In the third offence, 30-year-old Nathan Warner was reportedly found by police hiding in a bedroom closet.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pennsylvania – A Lancaster County man is charged with three counts of trespassing for three separate incidents at a residence between December 2023 and July 3, 2024.

Nathan C. Warner, 30, was reportedly evicted by the property’s tenant and verbally informed by police that he was no longer allowed to be on the property, according to the Pequea Township Police Department.

The first charge was filed after Warner entered the property in December 2023, which ultimately led to an arrest warrant.

In June 2024, Warner allegedly entered the property and fled when the tenant returned. He was subsequently charged a second time and an additional warrant was issued for his arrest.

On July 3, a neighbor contacted police and told them she saw Warner’s car parked behind the house and Warner entering the house.

Police obtained a search warrant and allegedly found Warner hiding in a bedroom closet on the property.

Warner was subsequently charged with trespassing for the third time and taken to the Lancaster County Jail for failing to post bail despite violating probation.
