Police are investigating a videotaped sexual assault at a local high school

Wahoo, Nebraska — Wahoo police are investigating after a student was sexually assaulted at a high school – which was caught on video.

According to court documents, the student’s father reported that his son was held down and stripped by three students during a religion class at Bishop Neumann High School.

An affidavit states that a boy involved in the attack recorded a video on his cell phone and shared it on Snapchat.

According to court documents, a witness reported the victim, who was also attacked and sexually abused by three students during a walk in the woods.

Court records also describe a separate case in which police responded to a school official’s report of a possible sexual assault involving other students.

According to the documents, three boys were hanging out in the basement of a home on April 25 when they began wrestling.

According to the records, the two boys attempted to sodomize the victim with a Gatorade bottle.

This incident was also recorded and shared with friends at school.

Court records say the two boys in that case have since been deported.

Both were charged with first-degree sexual assault.
