IDENTITY OF VICTIM OF WATTS BAR BOAT ACCIDENT REVEALED – 3B Media News

LOUDON, Tenn. (TWRA) – The identity of a man who drowned yesterday (Thursday, July 4) while docking his boat at a marina on Watts Bar Lake has been released.

James Doyle Frost, 75, of Knoxville, drowned while docking his boat at the Tennessee National Marina yesterday afternoon. According to witnesses, he fell overboard, went underwater and did not resurface.

A search ensued and his body was found by a Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency investigator using a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). Members of the Loudon County Dive Rescue Team made the recovery shortly after 9 p.m.
