Avalon police search for missing woman

Avalon Borough Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing woman. Latoya Carter, 45, was last seen at the Red White and Blue Thrift Store on Ohio River Boulevard around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday. She is described as 5’6″ tall. She was last seen wearing a long gray sweater and white shoes. Anyone with information is asked to call 412-761-0353 or 911.

Latoya Carter, 45, was last seen around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Red White and Blue Thrift Store on Ohio River Boulevard.

Her height is given as 1.68 m. She was last seen wearing a long grey sweater and white shoes.
