Two passengers seriously injured in UTV accident | Local news

BETHANY, MO – A UTV accident resulted in serious injuries to both occupants early Sunday morning.

According to the Highway Patrol, the vehicle driven by Joseph Dilley, 24, left the right side of South Route 5 five miles north of Bethany. The UTV overturned and Dilley, who was reportedly not wearing a safety device, was ejected. The passenger, Natayla Selby, 22, was partially trapped under the vehicle after it overturned.

Both passengers were taken to Harrison County Community Hospital. Police have filed charges against Dilley, including drunken driving.
