Get ready to live your Barbie Malibu dream right here in Houston! Bucket Listers announces that it has created an exclusive and immersive dining experience at Malibu Barbie Café. This pop-up restaurant, tucked away in Junction HTX on Washington Avenue, could be your ticket to a retro-glam, seaside paradise inspired by the iconic Barbie Malibu.

You can explore the space, decorated in nostalgic 1970s Malibu, California decor, with beach motifs and a splash of Barbie colors from August 16 through mid-October.

Enjoy delicious main courses, sharing plates and desserts, plus the chance to purchase exclusive Barbie products.

From roller skating at the Impala x Barbie ice rink to cupcake decorating classes, there’s something for everyone.

What is on the menu?

With every reservation, you’ll receive a $10 food credit and a $5 retail credit to splurge on Barbie-themed treats. Your 90-minute table reservation ensures you have time to enjoy the menu prepared by Master Chef finalist Becky Brown. From Pacific Paradise Crepes to West Coast Wave Salad, the menu promises a delicious culinary journey with a Barbie twist.

  • Go roller skating for just $1, with all proceeds going to Girls Inc., an organization dedicated to empowering young girls in Houston.

  • Groups of up to six people can be seated together, making it perfect for group outings.

  • Tipping is not included in the ticket price, so you will be charged a 20% gratuity at the end of your tour
