OGDEN, NY – Details of an independent investigation into the Ogden Highway Department include allegations of discrimination, harassment and misconduct against its director, Dan Wolf.

According to the investigative report obtained by News10NBC, Wolf is accused of sexually harassing female employees and mocking people with disabilities. The investigation was commissioned by the Ogden City Council and City Attorney.

The report also said Wolf was accused of repeatedly using the N-word. When investigators questioned him, Wolf admitted to using the racist slur, saying, “We’ve all said it.”

Workers also accused Wolf of making extravagant labor purchases, such as unnecessarily expensive construction equipment. He is also accused of having public construction projects carried out for the benefit of friends and allies.

The investigation report describes in detail an alleged attack in which Wolf pushed a worker on the construction site, causing him to fall onto a road with oncoming traffic.
