Geneva woman arrested on two warrants – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Geneva woman was arrested by Seneca Falls police on two warrants.

Jessica Newbrook, 34, is charged with failure to appear on original charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and driving while impaired.

Newbrook was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

State Police assisted the Seneca Falls Police Department with the arrests.
