Water Main Repair – 5700 block of Portland Street

Port Arthur Water Utility crews located a water main break in the 5700 block of Portland Street. This outage may affect all residents and businesses from Hazel Avenue to Highway 73 to the Port Arthur Landfill for the next 4 to 6 hours.
