New charges in the investigation against Miya Rudd | News

OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (WEVV) – Four people are facing new charges following the discovery of Miya Rudd’s body Friday afternoon.

Tesla Tucker, Cage Rudd, Ricky Smith and Brodie Payne were all charged with:

  • Abuse of a corpse
  • Manipulation of physical evidence
  • Failure to report the death of a person.

KSP believes that further charges may be expected as the investigation is ongoing.
