EPD confirms search in connection with Andi Wagner investigation

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Evansville Police Department (EPD) confirms there has been a search in connection with the Andi Wagner investigation.

According to EPD, on May 8, EPD, along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Indiana State Police Department, searched three locations in Oakland City after the FBI received a tip regarding missing person Andi Wagner. The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office and Oakland City Police also assisted. According to police, evidence was collected by authorities and sent to the state laboratory for examination.

According to officials, Andi Wagner was reported missing by family members from Evansville on August 12, 2022. Wagner is a 25-year-old white woman with brown eyes and brown hair. Wagner stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs just over 100 pounds.

Officials say Evansville police are continuing to try to locate Andi Wagner and anyone with information is asked to call EPD at (812) 436-7979 or contact the FBI.
