ATLANTA — As water flowed through Atlanta’s streets during days of water main breaks and repairs across the city, the high volume of water could impact customers.

To help residents deal with potential bills, made worse by “water main breaks,” the Atlanta City Council introduced resolutions to both adjust water and sewer service fees for customers affected by the water crisis and to reimburse customers who had to pay too much as a result. charges resulting from the water crisis.
