ABC-7 First Alert: Dangerously hot temperatures begin Wednesday

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) – We remain under the first ABC-7 heat warning. Temperatures are reaching dangerous levels today.

Your Wednesday will see the highest temperatures we’ve seen so far this year. Temperatures are expected to be in the 38s across the region. El Paso is expected to reach 40s today and Las Cruces 38s. Temperatures will be even higher tomorrow.

Drink water, avoid peak hours outdoors and take breaks in air-conditioned rooms! Stay cool everyone!
