Emergency measures activated after small aircraft incident in Kalaeloa

HONOLULU (KHON2) – Emergency crews responded quickly to an incident involving a small Cessna aircraft in Kalaeloa this afternoon.

The incident occurred around 2 p.m. at Kalaeloa Airport.

According to the emergency services department, a report was received on Friday afternoon that a Cessna plane had landed on its nose.

The pilot, a 75-year-old man, fortunately survived the incident unharmed and refused transport.
