North Tonawanda man charged in fatal stabbing on Kenmore Avenue

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police have arrested a North Tonawanda man, charging him with second-degree murder.

John Rudes, 28, was charged with killing 59-year-old Buffalo resident Terry Jackson early on the morning of September 17.

Police said Rudes stabbed Jackson on Kenmore Avenue, causing the victim to die at the scene. Authorities said he was stabbed more than once.
