Rajkot Fire LIVE Updates: The fire at a gaming parlor in Rajkot on Saturday left 27 people dead. The fire broke out at a gaming parlor in Rajkot, Gujarat, around 4:30 pm on May 25, leaving many people, including children, dead. Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi, who visited the fire site early on May 26, told ANI that an investigation has been launched by the SIT. He added that all officials were called to the Collector’s office early on Sunday from where he will perform his duties.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel announced on May 25 that the state government 4 Lakh Ex-Gratia to the families of the deceased and 50,000 for injured. Rajkot Police Commissioner Raju Bhargava told ANI that the police have taken two persons – the owner and the manager of the gaming parlor – for questioning.
