*Update – Victim and Suspect Identified* State Police Investigate Murder-Suicide in Magnolia – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have identified the 38-year-old Vicki Williams and 43 years old Evan Cablayan, both of Magnolia, Delaware, as the victims killed in a suspected murder-suicide in Magnolia on April 29, 2024. The suspect, Charles Williams 3also from Magnolia, committed suicide during this incident.

The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating this incident. Detectives ask anyone with information about this case to contact Detective M. Csapo at 302-741-2729.
