Suspected exhibitionist arrested at Mount Helix – NBC 7 San Diego

San Diego County Sheriff’s officials have arrested a man suspected of exposing himself to multiple women in the Mount Helix area of ​​East County and are asking any other possible victims to come forward.

John Jeffrey Lynn was arrested Tuesday shortly after flashing his flash at another woman who was walking near Grosalia Avenue and Pandora Drive around 7 p.m., the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said.

Due to other incidents last month, officers had increased patrols in the area and saw Lynn’s SUV pull up next to the woman. When they spoke with the woman, she told them he flashed her a flash and then drove away, according to the SDSO. Officers followed the SUV and arrested Lynn.

Before the latest incident, women had reported similar behavior from a driver in an olive green Subaru SUV who pulled up next to them while they were walking, according to SDSO. They told investigators the man behind the wheel was wearing a hat, sunglasses and a hoodie over his face — and his license plate was also obscured.

The first incident occurred on April 28, and for about a month now, women have been reporting similar experiences.

Lynn was booked into jail on Wednesday and has since been released on $10,000 bail.
