1 dead and 2 injured in shooting in northwest Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Police say one person is dead and two others were injured in a shooting in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.

It took place shortly after 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the 7300 block of Nautical Stone Court near North Durango Drive and Oso Blanca Road.

Las Vegas Metro Police told 8 News Now that the incident is being investigated as a homicide.

The police are expected to release further information on Thursday evening.
