Nina Dobrev hospitalized after bicycle accident: Road to recovery is long | Hollywood

The Vampire Diaries actress Nina Dobrev is currently on the road to recovery after a serious bike accident. The actress shared her health update on Instagram and said that it will be a long road to recovery. (Also Read: Nina Dobrev now knows what we always have: Deepika Padukone is stunning)

On Monday, the 35-year-old actress shared before-and-after photos on Instagram that showed her being rushed to the hospital with multiple injuries.

Nina shares health update

Nina shared a photo of herself posing with a black motorcycle on Instagram on Monday. The image was followed by another snap of her in a hospital bed, wearing a patient gown, a neck brace, a knee brace and an IV strapped to her left arm.

Although she didn’t reveal any further details of the accident, she did share a follow-up post on her Instagram Stories. “I’m fine but it will be a long road to recovery,” she wrote alongside a picture of herself from the hospital bed.

As soon as she posted the pictures, her The Vampire Diaries co-stars sent their well wishes in the comments section. Actress Kayla Ewell wrote: “Making the hospital dress the new spring trend…I love you! Handles it like a champ!”, while actress Claire Holt said: “No, I’m so sorry! Feel better”.

Twilight star Ashley Greene commented: “Always go big…heal fast,” and actress Julianne Hough said: “That’s my girl!” Of course I wouldn’t be joking if you weren’t feeling well…”

Nina’s Olympian boyfriend Shaun White also posted a photo to his Instagram Stories. In it, Nina was seen on a private plane after her release.

Some fans also wished the actress a speedy recovery in the comments section. One wrote: “Hope you feel better soon Neens (stay inside please),” while one joked: “Girl, remember that vampire blood no longer has any effect on you,” referring to her role in Vampires Diaries”.
